9/25/97 - Scrolling causes part of question text to disappear.
This appears on some web browsers when the scroll bar is dragged. Some of the repaints are being ignored and therefore, the text is not redrawn on the screen. A temporary work around is to resize the web browser. This will cause a full repaint of WebRespond.
