James “Jim” Landers

Serves as Electrical Engineer Technician to the
Department of Engineering at Cedarville University.

Education:

·        Graduate of Ralston High School – Ralston, NE. - 1974.

·        Graduate of Gateway Electronics Technical Trade School - 1975
Holder of a Lifetime FCC First Class Radio License.

·        Attended University of Nebraska and Grace University for various computer and bible courses.

·       

My wife and I.  She has given me the freedom and the support to pursue my dreams.  She has been a blessing to me
and I love her more each day.
 
Received various awards for workmanship, teamwork, performances, and management leadership or the past 25 years. 
Most recent, I was the first instructor in the Dayton area Microsoft certified to teach Windows 95.  I have also had certifications in
Windows NT (3.1, 3.5, 4.0), Windows 95, 98, ME, and XP, and carry both the A+ Computer and Network + certifications.

 

Biography:

·        Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska.  Met my wife Linnet (a nurse, redhead from Minnesota) in Omaha.  We have two daughters. 

·        Employment includes Sidles Distributing Company (distributor of Whirlpool and RCA parts), Northwestern Bell (Mobile phones, Radio and Video Services, Microwave), AT&T (Long Lines, Computer Services), and NCR (Computer, POS Installation & Repair training for Retail Systems).
